Return Policy:
MyTAG Ltd will accept returns for Products that are in an 'as new' condition within 14 working days from receipt of the Product. To return a Product please contact our Customer Service team via email: in the first instance.

Products must be in their original packaging and unopened in order for you to receive a full refund. Please note Products must have been purchased directly from MyTAG Ltd. Products not purchased directly from MyTAG Ltd must be returned to the original place of purchase.

Faulty/Damaged Products:
MyTAG will gladly accept returns for Products that are deemed to be faulty or damaged upon receipt. You will be refunded the total amount, including any additional postage and packaging costs that you have incurred to return them. Products must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. Some of our Products may come with a manufacturer's guarantee. For details of the applicable terms and conditions, please refer to the manufacturer's guarantee provided with the Products. 
For Products which do not have a manufacturer's guarantee, we provide a warranty that on delivery and for a period of 12 months from delivery, the Products shall be free from material defects subject to our Terms and Conditions of Supply.  
We offer a free replacement policy at our discretion for key tags, luggage tags, pet tags, SOScall wristbands, Helmet SOScall stickers, Recovery Seals and Wallet Recovery Cards for 12 months from first date of registration in the event of damage, loss or wear and tear. Delivery charges are excluded, meaning you will be charged for postage and administration fees. Our delivery charges are quoted on our site prior to placing the order for replacement of the Product.  In the case of a replacement Product, we will delete your original unique identification number relating to that lost or damaged MYTAG from our database and issue you with a new unique identification number.
